Do you need constant gratification to keep going? Just “motivated”? Are you willing to endure the endless obstacles that will surround you in order to reach the realm of your true being? Committed? That’s the difference between the two. For me exercising is a foundation like no other, all the control is in my hands. If I’m supposed to hold a plank for forty-five seconds but only go for thirty I still did it. Still made progress, I’m just doing it for me; no one is going to know the difference and that’s the truth. Here’s the whole truth, if you don’t commit to what you are doing don’t even bother because you aren’t really “doing it”, you’re just another person getting by succumbing to stereotype. Training at Optimal Performance Training has helped me develop a healthier lifestyle both mentally and physically. My intrinsic drive has exploded the way a person’s vertical does as they power through box jumps. The trainers at OPT are a rare breed, some of the most incredible people I have ever met, their ability to personalize workouts to the individual is what makes for a unique experience followed by undeniable results. OPT is the highlight of my day, didn’t even take a week before I knew I would never go anywhere else.
